We are currently carrying out refurbishment work on the site including the replacement of the parks bollard lighting. The new lighting scheme will follow the dark sky compliant (IDA) requirements as the area is known as ‘a star gazing heaven’.

Leat House

January 2018

Working with Robertson Construction we have helped complete the upgrade of Northumbrian Water’s Leat House in Washington by designing and installing new high efficiency LED lighting and intelligent controls.

The main hub and control centre two story building has had a full internal refurbishment to improve working conditions for the staff following on from the recent refurbishment of the head office in Durham.

The ongoing investment and upgrading of our local health centres continues with the refurbishments in South Tyneside.

We have worked closely with Key Property Solutions and Gleeds to carry out the sensitive upgrades whilst the centres maintain their services.

Work has commenced on Prudhoe Water World

June 2017

We have commenced work on Prudhoe Water World to reintroduce some greatly missed water features.

We have installed new external drainage, cladded the changing facilities as well as works within the submersed plantroom.

All about you Grey Street Hotel

May 2017

In May, we successfully handed over the new spa facility ‘All about you’ which looks fantastic located within the Grey Street Hotel.

The M&E installation was particularly tricky given the arched ceiling layout and an operational reception directly above.

The Foundation Futures.. Reward

As a reward for everyone’s good work at The Foundation Futures organisation we treated a few of the guys and gals on the ‘building foundations’ programme to a well-deserved end of year celebration meal which was enjoyed by all.

TEBS First Apprentice

Grey Street Hotel Showcase

We welcomed along a great bunch of lads from the charity who were given a guided tour of the onsite operations at the Grey Street Hotel showcasing the before and after looks of the refurbished areas. The group were amazed at the works going on and hopefully will benefit from the experience of seeing what its like in one area of construction.

Greys Hotel Refurbishment

October 2016

Work commences on the multi phased refurbishment of the Greys Hotel in Newcastle City Centre with us providing the M&E services. Once again, the team are doing a great job as the work is being carried out whilst the hotel remains open for business.

TEBS Win NCC Contract

September 2016

TEBS is delighted to be announced as the principle contractor for Northumberland County Council at the Wentworth Leisure Centre, Hexham which will see us carry out major refurbishment works.

The existing gym lighting is being replaced along with various upgrading work to the building fabric and services.
