Newcastle International Airport

Working airside for the guys has been slightly surreal as they are normally only there for flights on holiday.

However, no suitcases this time only electrical infrastructure upgrades with new distribution equipment and fire alarm works in the baggage handling areas.

Albemarle Barracks

October 2023

Working for the MOD at Albemarle Barracks has brought back memories of working at Catterick Garrison on Gaza and Megiddo Barracks and the rigours around access and security.

The project has been challenging as it has involved work in an operational building with multiple stakeholders, including MOD staff, VIVO staff and clinicians. However, due to our successful  team-work and strategies, the new dental facilities are will be handed over in January 2024.

North East Universities Framework

Through hard work and our ability to deliver a quality service we are pleased to have secured a place on the University framework.

We are looking forward to new projects and meeting new people, further growing our excellent reputation, and expanding our services.

Excelsior Academy BMS/Controls upgrade

August 2023

Looking to the future with a holistic approach the school Trust and Estates team have invested in a new Tridium software controls system that replaces the old Trend system.

With our advice, guidance and seamless installation this smart investment will facilitate future plant upgrades and new technologies being introduced.

This will also provide a platform for a review of the energy use and potential savings that can be made with some minor modifications planned in 2024.

Adderlane Academy

STP Construction Ltd

We are proud to have secured our first project with STP Construction Ltd and look forward to working together.

The project commenced in August with some enabling works which will then see the main project completed in early 2024.

Shield Field House – Your Homes Newcastle (YHN)

March 2023

Working closely with the Newcastle City Council team we have successfully completed the refurbishment of twenty five floors of the landlord areas including lift lobbies and back of house areas.

New distribution infrastructure, lighting and small power have been installed to create a brighter warmer environment for the residents.

The construction teams have ensured that the residents have been at the forefront when we were planning and carrying out the work with minimal disruption.

Jesmond Mansion

February 2023

We have commenced replacing the entire mechanical and electrical services in this prestigious mansion.

We have opted for Uponor pipe work on this project to facilitate the installation of the pipes in to the existing complex Victorian structure that definitely was not originally constructed with multiple ensuites in mind.

Central Lofts – Newcastle upon Tyne

Working for Key Property Solutions this art deco former home of Rockshots nightclub which is now apartments was an interesting and challenging project.

The M&E refurbishment of several apartments on the top floor was completed without disruption to the existing residents.

Nursery Park Health Centre

January 2023

Working with Gleeds Consultants we have successfully provided new ventilation and comfort cooling to the centre, whilst ensuring that the day-to-day activities weren’t disrupted in this busy practice
