New Classroom Toilets
These before and after photographs were taken just a week apart.
As a principal contractor, we carried out the complete construction of the two WCs including all structural and fit-out works in rapid time to meet the urgent needs of the school, ensuring the classroom could be utilised for the pupil’s return.

Our design of the new LEV system for the track-laying machine storage shed is progressing well with RPS carrying out the design on our behalf.
The new design details a full new exhaust ventilation system providing a safer working environment for the operators and maintenance teams.

I am glad to announce James has joined us to complete an electrical apprenticeship.
James has a great attitude, is keen and is a capable young man who will do well with the right guidance.

The installation and commissioning of 12 new Mitsubishi Air Source Heat Pumps and pipework
The project has been successfully completed whilst battling a few obstacles.
The delivery of the ASHPs was the biggest issue, due to global shortages of ASHPs this project was rather protracted, taking a lot longer than initially planned.
The installation was carried out over a weekend utilising a contract lift to position the units on to the roof and avoid any potential problems with the staff and public moving around the carpark.

I am pleaseed to announce that Michael Huggan has joined us from SES as Contracts Manager.
Having worked with Michael previously I know he is a great asset and is very capable of overseeing the successful delivery of our projects.
Michael has a strong knowledge of electrical systems and testing but also possesses very good leadership and management skills.

Another project underway with one of our key clients, the refurbishment of all the main switchgear, sub distribution boards and EICR remedial works.
This involved working closely with the depot staff and Northern Power Grid, programming in shutdowns and changeover works to avoid any disruption to the day to day depot operations.
The main low bay lighting has also been replaced with a new lighting busbar system and Thorn LED luminaires being installed in a very busy vehicle depot. The preparation of detailed zoning to avoid the fleet traffic has been key to ensure a safe area to work.

Working for Tolent Construction and with the NHS we have successfully completed the M&E fit for all the services to provide an excellent new addition to the hospitals staff facilities.

Another great addition to the garden centre’s customer facilities.
We carried out the complete fit-out as the principal contractor including the unique tiling.

Major restoration and water quality improvement works were not without their challenges.
Working to critical timescales we have successfully installed new water tanks and replaced booster sets and pipework within three residential nineteen story tower blocks.
The shutdown and change over operations were meticulously planned to ensure the minimum amount of downtime for people being without water.
