Tower Lighting
March 2021
A busy month for us where we replaced over six hundred communal luminaires in three weeks within these towers, providing more efficient LED lighting for the residents.

We completed the full refurbishment of this commercial kitchen as the principle contractor which after partial demolition saw us install new below ground drainage, structural steel, stud walling, hygienic wall coverings, vinyl flooring, ceilings, roof penetrations, tiling, lighting and small power.
The outcome is a first class training kitchen for eleven pupils and a very happy client.

We are pleased to confirm that we have successfully secured several large M&E projects with Engie that will see us deliver both residential and commercial installation upgrades in and around the city of Sunderland in the first quarter 2021.

Here are a couple of beauties recently installed for one of our clients.
Being WCS authorised installer and registered on the OLEV website we were able to secure the grant funding for our clients for the installation cost.
Azure Garden Centre Refurbishment
This has been an excellent project to deliver on behalf of our client Azure Charitable Enterprises.
As principal contractor on the refurbishment it has not been without its challenges as you can see in the photographs. We have installed new structural supports to provide an open plan through fare to the centre’s main conservatory.
This was followed by the installation of a complete new fully accessible ‘Master Chef’ style kitchen and back of house facilities for training up and coming young chefs.
Working closely with our client and Acorn Catering we will successfully complete the project in February 2021.
Three Mile Inn (Great North Hotel)
September 2020
Following a drawn-out programme of works as a result of the lock down the sixty four bed hotel, restaurant and bar have finally been completed.
This exceptional project is a great achievement for all who have been involved, including our client who took a very hands-on approach to ensure a very high quality finish.
We placed particular attention upon the testing and commissioning of all systems to ensure a smooth handover to the endusers.
Nexus – Benton Square Compound
February 2020
We have completed the mechanical and electrical upgrading of the newly acquired Nexus maintenance facilities in preparation for the arrival of the new rolling stock.
The upgrade included new welfare and showering facilities for the operatives, as well as general power, lighting, fire alarm, data and heating installations to the office areas which provide a fit for purpose work place.

As a result of our continued growth and progress we have moved into larger more fitting premises that better suits our needs.

Since Mark joined us over a year ago now from one of the north easts leading design consultancies he has adapted well to life at the sharp end, delivering projects.
During this time, he has also managed to achieve a masters degree which is a huge achievement.
