Here are a couple of beauties recently installed for one of our clients.
Being WCS authorised installer and registered on the OLEV website we were able to secure the grant funding for our clients for the installation cost.
This has been an excellent project to deliver on behalf of our client Azure Charitable Enterprises.
As principal contractor on the refurbishment it has not been without its challenges as you can see in the photographs. We have installed new structural supports to provide an open plan through fare to the centre’s main conservatory.
This was followed by the installation of a complete new fully accessible ‘Master Chef’ style kitchen and back of house facilities for training up and coming young chefs.
Working closely with our client and Acorn Catering we will successfully complete the project in February 2021.
September 2020
Following a drawn-out programme of works as a result of the lock down the sixty four bed hotel, restaurant and bar have finally been completed.
This exceptional project is a great achievement for all who have been involved, including our client who took a very hands-on approach to ensure a very high quality finish.
We placed particular attention upon the testing and commissioning of all systems to ensure a smooth handover to the endusers.
February 2020
We have completed the mechanical and electrical upgrading of the newly acquired Nexus maintenance facilities in preparation for the arrival of the new rolling stock.
The upgrade included new welfare and showering facilities for the operatives, as well as general power, lighting, fire alarm, data and heating installations to the office areas which provide a fit for purpose work place.

As a result of our continued growth and progress we have moved into larger more fitting premises that better suits our needs.
Since Mark joined us over a year ago now from one of the north easts leading design consultancies he has adapted well to life at the sharp end, delivering projects.
During this time, he has also managed to achieve a masters degree which is a huge achievement.

GOSFORTH
The current electrical fit out of the new-look Three Mile Inn and its sixty-four-bedroom hotel is progressing well alongside the much-anticipated bar and restaurant.
The one million-pound electrical refurbishment is well underway and will be completed very soon.

BLYTH
Another successful project completed for Northumberland County Council.
As principal contractor, we were responsible for replacement of ceilings, boarding and final decoration as well as replacement of all lighting.
July 2019

Cramlington Health Centre’s roof top ventilation duct work and air handling unit looking good and fully operational.

We have successfully completed the design and specification for the refurbishment of the four house blocks of communal showers and toilets at HMP Northumberland.
The high specification works will take several months to complete and will provide a modern and robust facility for the prisoners.
