Following on from the successful refit of the landlord’s areas on floors 1 to 25 for Newcastle City Council we have now completed the remodelling of the ground floor areas, providing a new concierge and tenant areas.
Removing the old generator presented a few challenges as well as raised eyebrows from the passing residents.

The academy has invested in an LED upgrade of the 3G pitch lighting to continue to provide the best facilities for the pupils and local clubs.
We completed the design early in the year and the installation during the summer break.

Working with STP Construction we have completed the school extension ready for the new 24/25 term.
A New Reception, new classrooms and toilet facilities have been added to the existing school.

NEXUS – Top Shed LEV System
Bring on the LEV!
Having fully designed the local exhaust ventilation system for the huge diesel tamper unit we have now completed the installation and commissioning of the system.
The system provides a better and safer working environment for the staff as the canopies extract the exhaust fumes at source.

Facility Management and Maintenance Works
Having grown our maintenance and FM offering to complement our project works we are looking to adopt the SFG20 standards to drive legal compliance and to create a safe environment for all stakeholders.

Once again we have demonstrated our commitment to our team and our clients with our continued accreditations with CHAS and Constructionline
Working airside for the guys has been slightly surreal as they are normally only there for flights on holiday.
However, no suitcases this time only electrical infrastructure upgrades with new distribution equipment and fire alarm works in the baggage handling areas.

Working for the MOD at Albemarle Barracks has brought back memories of working at Catterick Garrison on Gaza and Megiddo Barracks and the rigours around access and security.
The project has been challenging as it has involved work in an operational building with multiple stakeholders, including MOD staff, VIVO staff and clinicians. However, due to our successful team-work and strategies, the new dental facilities are will be handed over in January 2024.
