We have had the privilege of working with a private client on their investment in this north-east landmark. We have completed the electrical refurbishment of the first floor offices to give a sought-after, contemporary, exposed look.

KINGSTON COURT RETAIL PARK, NEWCASTLE
The replacement of the existing lighting concealed within the wave sees the whole of the facade take on a modern look with the addition of LED luminaires and new frontage for the NEXT store.

Expansion of the existing site created an increased need for parking facilities for this warehouse. We were able to provide a design and installation service for the external lighting scheme. This consisted of perimeter columns and wall-mounted luminaires. We have also upgraded the internal electrical services to facilitate the expansion and future development of operations.

Congratulations to the TEBS team who worked with school staff to ensure there was no disruption to pupils’ learning during the installation of the new LED lighting and smart controls.

Working with Robertson Construction, we successfully completed the refurbishment works on this medical centre whilst keeping it operational.
Consultants AE Robb were responsible for the design which complemented the existing layouts and décor.
